Lisa Isom

People are my passion, and while numbers tell the story of a company’s financial health, it is really the people behind the business that inspire the growth. Lisa is the CEO and founder of The Minerva Group.  She started as a sole proprietorship in 1994 as a home-based accounting business so that she could be more available to her 3 kids.  In 2011 she launched the business under The Minerva Group. 

Lisa is a native Coloradan and therefore enjoys many outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer; including running, kayaking, skiing and hiking. Lisa also loves to read, especially historical fiction. Her degree is from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.
